Biography
Another Monster started off as an Electronic Dance Music project. At the time I created Another Monster (2013), I was making mostly Dubstep and Trap. I did experiment with some other genres such as DnB and Electro House. I also had the opportunity to DJ alongside some pretty big names such as Protohype, Downlink, Hulk, Dieselboy Andy’s Ill, K. J. Sawka, Mantis, and more.
After a few years of Producing and slinging bass music around Atlanta, I decided to take a break from music. Long story short, I wanted to make some lifestyle changes and I decided it was best to just step away from the scene for awhile. After taking a few years off, I finally got back into music production via a good friend who managed a few artists at the time. We all linked up and it turned out to be a good fit.
Recently, I’ve wanted more than ever to experiment with different genres, and just make whatever I’m feeling. I also realized that I could share my experience and knowledge with the production community. So I re-branded slightly into Another Monster Productions, and it kind of morphed into a YouTube channel where I do weekly production tutorials. I realized I had a lot of information that I could share with the community, and because I have such a passion for making high quality things, I felt that I could make tutorials that are much better than most that are out there. It’s definitely still a learning experience, and I think I still have room for improvement, especially in the quality that I eventually want to deliver. But I realized that I really enjoy the process of making tutorials, and helping fellow producers who are learning the craft.
Moving forward, I hope to grow my YouTube channel into a positive community for anyone who wants to learn more about FL Studio, sound design, music production, mixing, mastering, and pretty much anything else in between. I also want to provide the best possible presets, drum kits, sample packs, and other resources to help producers achieve a professional, polished, and unique sound. If you’re new here, I’d love to connect with you. Feel free to follow the channel, connect with me on Instagram, or even send me an email at [email protected].
